House rules:
No pets of any kind - some of our regular guests have severe allergies
No Smoking inside the house
The principal renter must be at least 30 years old, and must be able to verify with a government ID upon request
A short-term rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation
Please note that cameras are present outside the house, and noise monitoring devices (privacy compliant) are present inside and outside the house
Cancellation policy:
Reservations are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Non-refundable inside 60 days
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase trip insurance
